The Human Operating System

October 5, 2025

Crazy thought here - we tune GPUs down to the watt. Power limits, thermals, latency, utilization, obsessing over every detail.

But most people cannot even tune themselves.

It is wild. We treat our brains like they have infinite compute and our bodies like disposable hardware. But every system runs on the same loop: input, throughput, recovery. Skip any layer and you crash. That is just how it works.

I have been thinking about my days like a high-frequency trading system. Minimal latency, maximal compounding. Gym feeds focus. Focus compounds into output. Wins loop back into momentum.

The goal is not speed. It is sustained throughput under heavy load. You want to keep running without burning out.
